Worst Caterers in NYC 12/7/2010

I had been using the Epicure to cater for me from 2005 to 2008, it was great. After that time it became worse and worse. I had a terrible experience and disappointments for too many times ( unfresh foods, very bad customer service and over priced....). Lately the Epicure was closed by the health department for a week. more

Closed by Health Department 12/5/2010

If I could give this spot a negative 5 stars, I would. This place was closed by healt department twice. The last one was on 11/24/2010 for different reasons ( Vermins......). I stoped ordering from them since that time, I had to take my business else where. I don't recomment it. more

Very bad soups 10/16/2010

Well, I consider myself a nice guy and honest. I don't want to hurt and get hurt as well. I've tried some soups in the epicure like chicken noodle ( very salty ) chili with beef ( the meat is not fresh ) the chicken pot pie ( there is no chicken ).......... the service was rude not helpfull at all. I don't recommend it. more

Great Place for Food 1/5/2010

I really like this small restaurant. I go to this on a daily basis. I order lunch and breakfast. I do recommend it. Pros: Good food Cons: You're the only customer there and everybody stares at you. more

THE WORST SPOT IN TOWN ! 11/23/2009

I was recommended the fifth avenue epicure for my important event that I had last month, but it was a terrible idea and a big mistake. I was really disappointed. The food was unfresh and horrible. Pros: stay away from it as much as you can ! Cons: stay away ! more
