We all (25) of us went to this place for Mother's Day brunch and none of us live locally in Iowa City. We came because two of our party had discount coupons from KCII radio where they heard about this place.
We went and the complaint I had with the food was that it was cold, served using substandard (safe?), catering type buffet servers. The manager on duty was absurd. Two folks in our party attempted to use the KCII coupons and they were told that they were not good on holidays even though the coupons said nothing about holiday exclusions. When I expressed outrage over the Manager's un-ethical decision, she told them that it was now my fault that the coupons were not being honored. How convenient, even though I had no coupon and was paying full price, my outrage over her un-ethical decision was now the reason for denying the coupons.
