My family has always done business with The Diamond Room, so when it was time for my fiance and I to get our ring we went to The Diamond Room. Not only was everyone so attentive and informative, but they weren't pushy at all since they don't work on commission. The quality and the price were great. My fiance had shopped around other stores in Sioux Falls and they couldn't touch their prices or quality. We ended up custom making my engagement ring with one of the two designers and I get soooo many compliments on how unique and "sparkly" it is. Most of all my fiance was happy with the price :) We will be going there to find his ring soon and make my wedding band. Overall I wouldn't even think about shopping anywhere else and would HIGHLY recommend it to everyone!! more

Diamond Room by Spector- Excellent 10/17/2006

I have been a faithful shopper of the Diamond Room by Spector for over 10 years. The service is outstanding, the quality is A+++++++. I have even moved from Sioux Falls, SD to Des Moines, Ia and I still come back and shop only at the Diamond Room. I never feel out of place when I go to the Diamond Room and by no means do I feel like it is too ritzy when I go there. The sales people always know what they are talking about, infact they are not the usual pushy salepeople you get at other jewerly stores, who seem to snow job their way through a sales. The sales people at the Diamond Room are very informative, knowledgeable. The Diamond Room is the best, and I will continue to shop only there. Julie J. Des Moines, Iowa more

A+ for Price and Quality 8/18/2005

The Diamond Room has a very ritzy atmosphere, and I sometimes feel more than a little out of place walking into the store--I'm just particularly concerned (or informed) about jewelry. However, my husband and I shopped around a lot before buying my engagement ring and our wedding rings, and in the end we came back to the first place that had been recommended to us, The Diamond Room. We chose it because the prices and quality couldn't be beat. The only downside, for me, is that the store is a little intimidating. I didn't feel that they were as prepared to explain jewelry in layman's terms, as the salespeople at the high-traffic chain stores are used to doing, and *one* of the salespeople really pushed more flashy, expensive rings that weren't our taste. Overall, I've been very happy with the Diamond Room and would shop there again. more
