This pharmacy fills my mother's prescriptions at an assisted living facility. In trying to keep her bills up to date, I have called numerous times attempting to get her account on the proper credit card. I never get an answer when I call; I have to leave a message and rarely get a call back the same day. Also, whomever I speak to is apparently not the billing agent, but is the person that returns my calls. She always says she will pass the information on to the person who does the billing. Why can I not speak to the billing person?? And why can't I get this account set up properly? This has been going on for at least 5 months.
