The Colonial Pharmacy

This pharmacy fills my mother's prescriptions at an assisted living facility. In trying to keep her bills up to date, I have called numerous times attempting to get her account on the proper credit card. I never get an answer when I call; I have to leave a message and rarely get a call back the same day. Also, whomever I speak to is apparently not the billing agent, but is the person that returns my calls. She always says she will pass the information on to the person who does the billing. Why can I not speak to the billing person?? And why can't I get this account set up properly? This has been going on for at least 5 months. more

I have numerous prescriptions that need to be filled monthly. I use to take them to the larger pharmacies in the area but decided to try here instead. I was impressed from day one. I was immediately introduced to the owner, Bob. I had my prescriptions filled within ten minutes, if not less. He filled them immediately and there was no wait. The cashiers that work there are nice and always helpful. If you need a quick gift or card you can pick that up here too. Plus some over the counter medications and health and beauty products. If you are looking for a pharmacist that truly cares about you and the medications you are being prescribed then look no further. Not only do you receive one on one service but your prescription is filled on the spot. I have NEVER had to wait more than ten minutes for mine to be filled. They also offer free delivery of your prescriptions! Bob is the owner and pharmacist. He does have cashiers that work the register but he is always available for questions. And the other employees go out of their way to make sure they are friendly and helpful. You will also find the pharmacy has cute gifts and cards along with other over the counter health and beauty supplies. The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00-3:00. However, if you do need something filled, you can reach him by phone at any hour of the day. This is personal service at it's finest! This is one pharmacy that will always receive my business over the larger ones in our area. more
