Had reservations for 10 (9attended) for 3pm on Father's Day. The room was very quaint and European with respect to tudor, stained glass and stone fireplace. Mom is British and our family has been to England many times and with respect to the atmosphere, this was like a little trip abroad (more German looking in our room-our son loved the sauerbraten). My three brothers, husband and son all were looking forward to the Beef Wellington. Banter went back and forth for days on what if only one is left? It was quite hysterical really. In the end, there was no Beef Wellington on that particular day, but it is on the menu generally. There was a Father's Day special menu including Salad, Entree, coffee and dessert. All were wonderful at a reasonable price! One could dine off the regular menu except for the BW. Several of us did. Not one complaint from anyone in our group. Mom, who always finds ""something"" loved her prime rib and the portion was such she brought the remainder home-that was on the special ($27.00). Our server was great, the food timely and altogether. My vodka gimlet arrived full to the rim.
