At this clinic, we provide licensed, board-certified practitioners employed by Lake Health, convenient access to health care (no appointments necessary), and full control of your health information; if you would like a copy of your record, simply ask for it before you leave. We will provide a copy for you. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm;
Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm; and Sunday,
12 pm to 6 pm.
