Poor customer service 9/15/2014

I always liked Children's Place, however I usually shopped in Portland, OR. One day when I went to Van Mall I stopped by the store and found few items shoes and shorts that were on sale. Unfortunately, the manager of the store who's name I didn't get she changed the price on the shoes right in front of my eyes without answering my question why is changing price. When I came cash register I told her that she changed the price on the wall but on the shoes it's the sales price. She wasn't happy about the catch, and on the tag of the shorts she wrote "Bitch" which I haven't noticed until I got home and was taking the tag off. I wish I could include the picture in this review. more

Affordable Clothing 4/5/2006

And how cute is have they gotten lately? I'm actually pretty loyal to other brands for my little girls, but my older kids like The Children's Place styles. When they have thier sales, you can get some cute clothes for pretty cheap. I have had issues with quality at The Children's Place. T-shirts pilling up after two washes, and jeans fading fast. But you get what you pay for. more

Good deals - great quality 9/9/2005

I had walked past the Children's Place many times without checking it out. I'd always thought that it was an overpriced children's boutique. The day I walked in, my opinion changed immediately. I'd received some baby outfits from the Children's Place before and was familiar with their quality - now I also know about their affordability. There were many sales going on and a clearance area with fantastic deals. This is a store to frequently check out. A great place not only to shop for gifts but also for your everyday children's clothing needs. more
