They have done a great job at keeping my property leased out 100% of the time. They are also good at providing monthly statements to me that covered all of the details of the monthly expenses as well as income. I have never had a discrepancy with any of the charges. As far as I am concerned, The Bryant Co. does a great job at providing excellent management services. more

My wife and I leased from this company for two years. We only agreed with the owner to stay another year if The Bryant Company was not involved and we only worked with the owner. To make a long story short- 1) Did not do a walk through with BC and the place I leased was a mess. The fridge was dirty as hell and the walls were banged up and scratched up. After severel calls to BC about the agreement was they would repaint and clean, I finally gave up and did it my self. 2) First inspection they accused me of having a dog at my place. My girlfriend was going to be moving in with me and moved a few things down from Fort Wayne. There was a water bowl and a food bowl stacked in a closet and when the inspection lady noticed it, she accused me right then and there. According to the owner they wanted to kick me out because of that. 3) GF moved down from Fort Wayne and she went down to fill out a credit app (which is required by The BC for some reason). Paid her 50.00 and then we never got one phone call back after that. We ran her credit report and they never ran it. They just pocketed the $50.00. I sent several emails and even discussed it with the owner, and nothing was ever done. 4) After two years and deciding we cannot deal with BC any longer, we moved out. To make a long story short, they sent us our deposit check back and it was altered. My bank would not deposit it due to white out on the check. Sent several emails and phone calls and rcvd one return call back after my third email. Nothing after that. I had to sue them in court to get my money back. They of course settled out of court. Bottom line.... Do not rent from this company.. more

I have rented in the Indianapolis area for several years now and The Bryant Co. is one of the best management companies I have dealt with. Sure, it may take them a couple of days to get back to me when I have an issue, however I appreciate the fact that they get back to me whether the situation I am calling about is good or bad. All in all I have enjoyed renting from The Bryant Co. and look forward to remaining term of my lease. more

This staff was able to keep my property leased at all times, collecting rent on time and paying our expenses as needed. They also provided monthly income and expense reconciliations. They have kept up a good relationship with my tenants, which helps the tenants stay motivated to maintain my property in good condition. The Bryant Co. is highly recommended in my book. more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I wish I would have read some of the horrible reviews prior to renting one of their properties. From start to finish, they were a pain to deal with. They are just out to get your money and are not helpful at all. I was a renter, however I don't think they look after the homeowner either. Their staff are unfriendly and not professional. Finally, even though I left the house spotless when I moved out, they still kept almost all of my security deposit. I'M WARNING YOU....STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! You'll be glad you did. more

By comparison, the Bryant company is a cut above the rest. I have other properties and I wish they were all under Bryant management. They have enabled me to enjoy the income property without any of the hassle or work on my part. more

They have managed 2 of my properties for almost 3 years now. They take exceptional care of everything that comes up and are sure to notify me and consult me on anything serious. Overall I can say that I am very satisfied and happy to do business with them. more

The Bryant Company has helped me with 3 different properties over the past 4 years and I wouldn?t think of finding another management company. Bryant is better than any business ive had manage my homes in the past. more

Short review- \r Moved to Indy from Tampa after my company moved me around the US for a few years. Found a condo to rent on Craigslist and contacted the Cent-21 realtor that listed it. This condo was listed with The Bryant Company. I had issues from the start with terrible customer service and professionalism. Then when we were fed up after a few years of leasing this condo and planning on leasing for 2 more years (so we can pay for my wifes MBA at IU), we decided to move. Waited for my security deposit and received the check in the mail. Opened the envelop and the check was altered with white-out so I could not deposit the check. After a few emails the prop-mgr contacted me via email and stated a new check was going out asap. Weeks passed and no check. Contacted the PM via phone and email and did not get one response. Finally fed up I contacted Hamilton County Small Claims Court and sued The Bryant Company. I was contacted a week before our court date from their attorney and more

These guys did a great job with my home. It has been a rental for more than 6 years with the last 2 under the Bryant Co. Those last 2 years have been the most trouble and worry free the entire time I have rented out the home. They are a pleasure to deal with. more

We are relocating to Indianapolis and I had to deal with Bryant Co. because a rental we were interested in was listed with them. We were put in contact with the middleman for the middleman.. there is a genuine lack of initiative or concern on their behalf. I asked them to please directly ask the owner of the property if we could view it a few days earlier so my husband did not have to wait in town for three extra days (and on the weekend of Father's Day) and they refused to even ask. I called the owner (Doug Bryant) and listing agent directly after getting the runaround, and neither of them even returned my call. We are leasing for the first year of relocation and then, once familiar with the area, intend on buying. I can promise we will not be using Bryant Co! more

During the last 7 years that I have dealt with The Bryant Co. I have never had one complaint. They were always very professional. I received my rent checks in a timely manner. Reports, inspection, and year-end were very concise and to the point. more
