crushed-terrible service- still no dress 9 days befor my wedding. When I went in to the Bridal Boutique it was all smiles and yes ma'ams. I was very impressed with the service. However, after they had the money for my very expensive dress they were much less accomidating. If fact they were very rude. I left a message for four weeks in a row for the owner/manager to please call me back as my dress had not arrived yet and my wedding date was fast approaching. She called me back-19 days befor my wedding! She stated that this was not her problem/fault. She did, however, fail to mention thatshe had been leaving messages with a consultant that was no longer with the company I had ordered my dress from. Now, 9 days befor my wedding, I am out $2000 and still have no dress. It may or may not arrive this week I was told. The good news is that I can have the sample dress for full price if i need it! The woman who owns this company is unprofessional and unwilling to accept responsibility for her mistakes.
