cheaply made product and poor customer service 2/21/2010

Buyer be BEWARE!! I paid my deposit and my sofas actually came on time. I got them home and only four days they started sagging in the middle, and looked ten years old. This was in September and I am still trying to get them to fix them. In the mean time my other two sofas are doing the same thing. I paid the expensive price for quality and service so I thought and It hasnt been there. Save your money and go elsewhere I would not wish this nightmare on anyone. If I could rate a negative it would be a negative -5 Cons: Over priced product and cheaply made more

Great Customer Service 10/24/2006

I have shopped at the Black Goose several times and have always been impressed. The furniture is beautiful, the displays are creative and the service is friendly and helpful. They have a great staff; the designers are so talented and have a lot of experience. They have helped me space plan and select color schemes for my living room and bedroom. I love the style and quality of their furniture. I have found The Black Goose to be very fair priced, especially compared to other design stores in the valley. Poor Customer Service 7/11/2006

For the price that you pay, I expected stellar customer service and was sadly disappointed. I waited for over 4 months to get my order and when it finally came in, part of it was the wrong fabric/colors. Having your money tied up for months with a 30% deposit and then getting the wrong product was very frustrating! I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Pros: Nice Store Front Cons: Customer Service, price and time to get product ordered more
