On September 28th, 2010 I called Affordable Asphalt to do our five year parking lot maintenance of resealing and painting the parking space lines. I was running behind schedule to get this maintenance done and when I noticed a break coming in the weather I took the time to call. I was called back promptly, received an estimate the same day and told they could get it done that coming weekend! The service was fast and friendly. On Friday night a gentleman was in our parking lot waiting for staff to leave so he could block the parking lot off. I apologize that I do not recall his name. He was personable and patient. When I drove to work Monday morning the parking lot looked brand new. Everything was done properly. With my job demands I was pleased that that Affordable Asphalt was able to come in and get the job done right without a glitch. I appreciated that everything went so smoothly from beginning to end. We obtained bids for parking lot repair, crack-filling, seal-coating, and restriping, in the late spring of 2010. Owners John and Leslie Johnson met with us to assess our needs.
