My husband and I went to this theater last weekend - after we'd purchased tickets and stood in line for popcorn too long (the staff was not remotely customer service oriented), we found out the movie wasn't starting on time because the previous showing was only halfway through. We talked to the rude, indifferent, and unprofessional manager, who grunted that we could get a refund, but had no interest in apologizing for our inconvenience. We decided on a different movie which started as scheduled (in a dirty theater), but then were subjected to stale popcorn, a Diet Coke instead the regular Coke I'd ordered, and the again indifferent attitude of the staff who shrugged and claimed we couldn't get Coke because the machine didn't work, and instead gave us a watery Sprite. In a city with this many movie theaters, we will never choose to see a movie here again.
