I would not recommend this firm. We did not have a choice in the real estate appraisal process, and we were very unsatisfied with customer service, the time it took to schedule the visit and to prepare the report, and the appraisal itself. more

Go elsewhere 7/28/2008

Don't choose this company if you need relocation appraisals--they lowball appraisals. (We have others to compare to since the relo process asks for more than one appraisal). We experienced very questionable professional behavior. Pros: None Cons: See above more
