Dr. Ubogy's treatment was fine. However, the billing person is rude and inflexible. Payment for treatment had to be paid in full up front. I was then to receive a check for the difference between what I paid and what the insurance paid. After 2 months and 4 phone calls, I still have not received reimbursement. I have been told 3 times that the check will be mailed any time, but still have not received it. I do not recommend going here. There are plenty of good dermatologists in the valley that have reasonable billing practices and more customer centric front office and billing employees.
