I have to admit when I first started dealing with Ricci and the crew at TSM I was not anywhere near pleased but they have TOTALLY changed my perspective of them!!!! I have owned my car for about 4 months now and have only put 2,500 miles on it and the engine is already needing to be replaced!!!! I took it up to the shop to have them check it out after my guys already told me what it was and sure enough it was the engine!!!! Here I am stressing over how am I gonna get the money to pay for this and still be able to save to go to school in the Spring and I get a call from Ricci saying that since I've put so few miles on the car they are going to replace the engine free of charge to me that TSM will pay for the entire thing!!!!!! I let out a HUGE sigh of relief knowing that it was going to be taken care of for me was AMAZING!!!!!! For all of those bickering and complaining in how bad is this place, well you are wrong!!!! This dealer have been very honest and trustworthy with me since I purchased my first vehicle with them. They have worked with me through thick and thin during my hard times and yes, I really recommend this place to all of my friends and family or anyone trying to get in a vehicle. I LOVE THIS PLACE! The sales people are great and don't stalk you while on the lot! Very reasonable prices and QUALITY vehicles. I have bought several vehicles from them and am a very satisfied customer. I found their customer service to be beyond compare. Hats off to the staff!. more

DO NOT GO TO TEXAS STATE MOTORS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been looking at their inventory trying to find a vehicle talking back and forth with Ricci and yesterday she tells me I can put so much down and pay out the rest of the down payment and still drive away with one of the 8995 vehicles we get there yesterday and are gettin ready to test drive one of these vehilces that she tells me we can do this arrangement with earlier in the day and after i ask her so I can still do this with this car rite she says no thats not in your price range! Im sorry if your going to tell me one thing on the phone it better be the same in person!!!! They are NOT trustworthy people they lie and they dont know how to communicate with one another!!!! I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. After a week and all my info I was told that my license was a problem. Because it was out of state.So that I said I would correct. Then the lady told me she need my wife's info which I gave her. She then came back with all types of excuses. I make over 3k a month and my wife 2.2k take home.It was the car we had been looking for and that is why I went there. After everything and my questioning her. She tried to say my credit did not allow it .Now mind you this is a buy here pay here lot .Ever heard of debt to income ratio; that means you have more money coming in than debts. Well need less to say she was caught. You see her story and the sales guy did not match.Point blank I am minority and that is what changed everything.Because I was never given a direct answer.And just think I have to put my life on the line all the time for people who still see a color line . I can not believe that I found an honest used car dealer !!\r And I got the truck I really wanted. He told me every thing about it and all the service that was performed. The payments were reasonable and They worked with me on the down payment. Thank you for helping me when I needed it. more

I bought a PT Cruiser and they were great. They worked with me and I got the payment and date that would fit my budget. I had a gas guzzler and got a great car. They told me everything about the car, who and when it was serviced. You can't get that from a big dealership. Give them a try. Ricci in the office is a great gal. more

They are pretty good, and you don't get that high pressure thing for the most part. Though I always got that feeling I wasn't being taken seriously because I was female. more
