My wife ordered grilled shrimp ($12.99) . When order came they brought her chicken ($9.99). She had to wait for the correct order and the waitress assured us that they were adjusting the bill for us. They finally brought the correct food and dinner was fine.\r

When I told the waitress that I didn't see where they adjusted the bill for their error, she assured me that they had adjusted it UP because the shrimp was more than the chicken!\r

Mistakes happen, no problem. But I have never had a business so clueless as to how to fix a simple mistake. At the VERY LEAST you'd think they could have just charged us for the chicken which would have been $3 less.\r

I laughed at the waitress...not to be mean but it was just so funny that she thought this was a perfectly fine way to handle their mistake and keep the customer happy. They did get a clue from that and then decided to take a little over $5 off total bill. Too little too late Texas Roadhouse, we won't be back. Be happy I gave only a poor rating and not awful.
Pros: Food was OK
Cons: No idea how to fix a mistake.
