No-nonsense, top quality service 12/27/2013

Texas Overhead Door is just wonderful. They offered us an excellent product within our budget and the installation was nothing short of perfect. Everything there is very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who installed our garage door did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and actually went above and beyond my expectations. The door is very quiet and smooth. You won't be disppointed 12/26/2013

We've been using Texas Overhead door for 30 years now. They install and repair the overhead doors for my house, my parents' house, the lake houses we own, and our businesses. They really are a reliable company. They'll notify you before they arrive and show up and do the job immediately. Eric is wonderful about keeping in contact whenever we have questions. We love the doors and they open smoothly and quietly. No need to call anyone else. more

A little while ago, my garage door wouldn't shut all the way. It would stop itself before it was closed. Texas Overhead Door thought it was the computer board on the top of the ceiling opener, so I ended up having them put up another opener. Well, it turned out it wasn't that. They told me I would need to get an electrician. Texas Overhead Door refunded my $200 for the service. They are really good about coming out when you need them. I had a spring break a couple weeks ago, and they had someone out within only two hours. This is a nice business. more

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! 12/19/2013

My door springs broke on a Friday and Texas Overhead Door fit me in for the repair. Their service and quality of work is exceptional and they even let me use my Valpak coupon! Service and value...you can't get any better than that!! I would highly recommend them. more

Okay 12/18/2013

Texas Overhead Door replaced a garage door for me. But then after they replaced the door, it wouldn't open. They had to install a new garage door opener, which cost me extra money. I thought the old garage door opener worked fine, but once the new door was installed it wouldn't work. So I ended up having to pay more money than I anticipated. If you are thinking of using Texas Overhead, I would tell you to check around other companies for their prices and so forth and then go with what you thought was the best deal. more

Texas Overhead Door has done a good job for me. I had a spring break, and they came out and fixed it. Before that, the door wasn't opening as well as it should. My stepson tried to fix it and made it worse. He suggested I call Overhead and have them come out. With both problems, they showed up in a reasonable amount of time. It took them no time to fix things. more

The only overhead door people to use! 12/9/2013

Texas Overhead Door was great! They've done several different things for me over the last couple years. At my home, they put in a two car garage door. They installed the door, hanger and motor. Everything went well. They were very competitively priced. They also installed one door in another house, where they did the same type of installation for a very competitive price. I even had an episode with them where out of my own dumb luck I messed up one of the doors. They came out and replaced the broken part, charging me the trip fee, which I deserved since it was my fault. I continue to use Texas Overhead Door because of their customer service and their knowledge of their products. They're the only way to go. They're competitively priced. They're not trying to make a killing on one garage door, and they do what they tell you they will do. more

Prompt and fair with quality workmanship. 12/5/2013

I've had Texas Overhead Door install more than one garage door for me through the years. They come out and install doors, door closers, and stuff like that. They've probably done about five or six door projects for me at this point. It's all about the quality of their workmanship. They are also there when they say they will be and offer fair prices. more

Quality service 11/27/2013

Texas Overhead Door is very easy to work with. They were recommended to us by our contractor, and they replaced my son's garage door with a brand new, insulated, double door. The installation process went really well. The guys they sent were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing for sure. The new door looks, and works, great! Sometimes companies send out people who may not be very well-trained, and you end up in a situation where the customer may know as much as the installer. That was not the case here. The technicians from Texas Overhead Door were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I think we got a really good door for our dollar. more

Great, fast service 11/26/2013

I was so happy with my experience with Texas Overhead Door. I called them about a door that had been run into by someone. Two of the panels were bent, and the door was just a mess. Their guy came out and took it down and put up the new one. It was just the one guy, and he was very fast and efficient. It didn't take him long, only a couple of hours, and it was an 18 foot door. Those types of doors aren't always done right, but he did a great job. I highly recommend Texas Overhead Door. They provide you with reputable, good, fast service. They know what they are doing. You're not going to get anybody better. more

I used Texas Overhead Door to have a brand new double door installed, including a whole new track. The only problem was I had to call them back because the guy should have screwed the track more securely. He showed right up as soon as possible and got it fixed. It was great. more
