We visited the Texas Outlaw Barbeque with a group of 8 people. It was one of the worst experiences we had. While the steaks were reasonably OK, the service, management, and rest of the food was extremely sub standard. First of all, they were out of slaw (on a Sunday afternoon), then our order got lost. When I complained to the manager, he got defensive about it and justified himself. We asked for small side salads to replace the cole slaw, but were told that they couldn't do that. It must have been a first for them, because the manager came to our table and told us that he had to make a judgement call and that he made the right one. We waited an hour for our food....which was cold and small portions. The chicken salads that were ordered at our table were extremely small in portion as was the pulled pork sandwich that I had. The staff was rude, defensive, and the service was poor, not to mention the food. This restaurant doesn't even have a website to register your complaints....and now I know why. We will never recommend or revisit this restaurant. I wondered why it was never busy when I passed it going to the Texas Roadhouse, and now I know why.
Cons: The whole visit.
