Mark was very clear and precise on his training. He was patient and observant to make sure you understood his instructions. He allowed you to develop your skill and feel comfortable with your shooting. Definitely recommend him to your you for all your shooting needs.\r L. I first started coming to Texas Guns about two and a half years ago, maybe closer to three years. I took my concealed carry class here. The CLASS was well attended and the instruction (Gerry McCall) was excellent. more

I wanted to leave a review on the Texas Thunder Shooting Range that is next door to Texas Guns; however, they are not listed on Yelp. From my understanding they are owned by the same person, Jerry McCall. \r \r My husband and I visited this shooting range last Monday for my bday celebration. Jerry made our visit very enjoyable!! I didn't feel very comfortable in the beginning since I haven't shot a pistol in over 15 years. He eased my anxiety and really made the ""training"" fun. \r \r The ranges are clean, well organized, and of course puts safety first! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. \r \r Thank you Jerry for making my bday memorable:-)\r \r Texas Guns had a huge amount of guns in stock and offer the concealed carrying license which I signed up for in February. I'm looking forward to it!! more

As I moved to the area I just saw the store when I was heading somewhere else. As I needed some more ammo, I checked them out. They had what I needed and they were very friendly. I am not sure what problems others had, but as I said I just bought some ammo.\r On the other hand, I read that some people had problems with there Castle Nuts, first of the real name of them is Castellated Nuts, but I believe that the writer didn't know this himself. Besides in what gun application do you use these nuts anyway? Never saw them on any machine gun, assault rife or handgun.\r \r So overall from what I saw, they are fine with what they have. The price for ammo went up everywhere, and I didn't check there guns as I already have what I need. more
