Texas Copy Office

This office has a Sharp Copier that would better serve as a boat anchor. Having said that, we have it, and the folks at TCO couldn't be more patient in coming out, time after time, and servicing this machine. They are quick with responses to E-mail questions, and very fair in not charging us for the quantities of unusable printed docs when it's due to a machine issue. more

Copiers can be very sophisticated and TCO is always ready to train, and train again, if necessary. If there is a problem (hey, nothing's perfect) TCO is relentless in troubleshooting and repairing; if they don't have the answer, they will take it straight to the manufacturer to find the answer/solution to the problem. we met with them and since they aren't brand loyal, I felt that they could offer me choices and best deal based on my needs for a copier than, only what other dealer can only sell. We bought a used copier that was actually still a current model, that did the same things as the new machines others were pushing, at a fraction of the cost of other proposals. service has benn a lot quicker, when we needed it, than the other 3 big companies we've used in the past. I'd highly recommend them. more
