I have used Texas Carpet Outlet off and on for the last four years. And I've had three or four different homes in that span of time, so I've used them a bunch. They installed carpet, tiling and laminate flooring for me, and I've been please with everything. The quality is outstanding.
I work just down the street from their showroom, so I've known about Texas Carpet for a long time. They offer much better quality than the chain lumber yards, and their installers are all outstanding--they wouldn't be working there if they weren't on the money. The are all good people.
Most recently, I had them recarpet three rooms, and put down laminate flooring in an office. This was about a month ago, and I'm very pleased with the results. I really think that as far as price and customer service go, you're not going to beat them. You can probably buy cheaper, but what you get will be cheaper. Texas Carpet offer great quality, value and service.
