My husband and I ate from Terroir's Restaurant Week menu last night, and it was fabulous. Of the three courses, the first was the least noteworthy, with his chickpea fries and my lobster ravioli merely fine, with decent flavor. The main course, however, knocked both our socks off. His beef duo was a wonderful combination of flavors and textures that melted in your mouth. My pork tenderloin was perfectly cooked and the spice of the sausage was offset nicely by the sweetness of the cherry and sweet potato. Finally, the butterscotch pot de creme was hands down the best dessert we have had in Colorado - the balance of sweet and salty had us fighting over the last bite. Just make sure to pace yourself, three courses of incredibly rich food left us comatose for the rest of the night.
