to whom this may concern... to j.o. i did not just blow you off. my father had passed away and it was a very difficult time. between just burying him and a hysterical mother i was not in any way able to do hair. i'm sorry no one informed you and the next time you are in town i would love to do you no charge of coarse. my training has brought me all over the world...i've done many celebrities and continue to strive to be my absolute best. i don't just give good hair, i give all of me. like me or not...you will leave with at least a smile more

I am new to Portsmouth and am looking for a salon to give my business to. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived at the salon, I was told that Tony the stylist had called and said he wasn't coming in for the appointment. I find this very unprofessional, I drove in for this appointment and wasted over an hour of time. I will never go back to this place. more

I had my hair done here along with a manicure. I have never been satisfied with any manicure I have gotten, and the result here was no different. The manicurist smudged a nail and tried to spot treat it with nail polish remover which just caused the nail polish to never dry. However, the hair stylist was amazing. She knew just how bright I wanted my highlights, and made sure to ask if everything was to my satisfaction. She also suggested some extra dying free of charge. She asked if she could dye the underneath of my hair. It was nice to have a stylist who was creative. At most other styling salons I have to already have the exact style in my head. I thought they were the professionals! I'm glad this place knows what they are doing. more
