Termite problem resolved! 3/31/2010

Over the past year, I tried a couple different companies to get rid of the termites in my home. They made all sorts of promises but all of those promises came up empty. I was ready to give up but decided I'd give Terminix a try. Bottom line,I should have called them first. Proffesional service, good communication and reasonable prices. Highly recommended! Their contract is worth NOTHING! 4/1/2009

I have a contract with them for repair of damages for termites. They came and retreated, but don't return my calls about repair of wood damage. They keep telling me their computers are down! Not getting any satisfaction. MY ADVICE IS DON'T USE TERMINEX. ITS TOO MUCH MONEY AND NO SATISFACTION! Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: They don't come out to repair damage! more
