He is very knowledgable on whatever insect issue I am having and is ready and able to answer all of my questions. I have been very pleased with the technician that comes to my house four times a year. He is always punctual and courteous. On at least one occasion he did the termite inspection which was a great help because I did not have to schedule another time. more

Our technician and his supervisor are amazing. They listen and have always showed the best customer service. We had a problem with a previous tech and were able to get our tech Galen back. He is very proactive in his service. He always asks if there are any concerns and if there are (which we have not had any problems with him being our tech) he would immediately handle them. He is definitely a 5 star technician. He is the reason we have not cancelled our service previously more
