Tennessee's Real Bbq

Cook doesn't wash his hands after coming out of the latrine!! is not only bad hygiene but if you work at a restaurant its unexcusable!! I was finishing washing my hands when someone came out of the latrine and walked out with out washing their hands! I thought he was wearing a tennessees bbq t-shirt and thought ""couldn't be"" it's a long hallway back to the main room, so I walked out behind him and to my disbelieve he walked in the kitchen and put on his apron. I told the manager who was quick to investigate, but the worked denied not washing his hands. and was allowed to continue working ... so everyone who got their food after he came out of the bathroom got a little bit of this guys feces in their food!!! yum! I will never go back to this place, when I cook at home I wash my hands constantly to avoid cross contamination and here the employees go to the bathroom and can't be bothered to wash their hands? its un-excusable!! Is too bad, because I like the food here, it was the best BBQ Ive had locally and I've been looking for a good BBQ place in a long time! more

This is the place to go for great BBQ. Red Bones is a joke compared to Tennessee's. There is so much to choose from and the portions are huge. Not only are the main dishes great, but the sides are awesome. The only thing that stinks is that the food is served fast food style where you go up to the counter order your food and get it on a tray rather than having a waiter/waitress.
