Overcharging 4/17/2021

My wife was overcharged twice and we can’t seem to find anyone in the billing department that can do simple math or read. I have been fighting to get a refund for 5 months now and all I get is a bill even though they said that a refund would take six weeks. Four months later and 2 bills I am still fighting. more
