Wonderful Service 6/19/2009

I have had a very different experience than the previous reviewer. I have been here many times and have always received great service. The first time I was in was an emergency and I asked if I could get the pants later that same day. Mike actually did the work while I waited and it didn't take much more than 20 minutes. We have now moved away from Redlands but I make it a point to go back there for all my alterations. Although I find the prices to be about $5 more than some other tailors, I think it's worth it. High prices; unpredictable owner 10/16/2007

I dropped off 4 pairs of trousers (2 lined linen and 2 khakis), 1 pair of black jeans, 1 pair of blue jeans and 1 cocktail dress - all for hemming. Mike was wonderful, measuring my clothes and flattering me all the while (""you have a great style""). I did not receive a price estimate (my mistake), and in the rush of the afternoon Mike looked busy so I told him to take his time. It was a Friday, and he told me it would be ready the next week.
