Michal Kindred has just opened his own studio in Redmond just off Willows Road. I've been working with him for a few months at the previous gym he worked at. The net is that Michal is a great guy who is dedicated to making his clients succeed. He is a professional bodybuilder but can work out with any type of individual (male or female). Plus he has an incredible story - he was paralyzed in a motorcycle accident and was never supposed to walk again - then he won the Emerald Cup. Following that he came down with Crone's disease and has been battling that ever since. He is a few minutes from the MS campus - for you 'softies - you can go to his gym and be working out in the time it takes you to hike to the locker rooms at the Pro Club, for a better rate than they charge you for their personal trainers.
