Temecula Stampede

Temecula Stampede Country Bar is in my words the best country bar in southern CAL. it has great music and there is a ALOT and i mean ALOT of hot girls from ages 18 to 35 years old. the dance floor is by far the biggest compared to the likes of incahoots in san diego. the drinks are pretty low and the drink specials are great also. they play Popular country music for about an hour to an hour and a half then its about 5 to 6 hip-hop/ rock songs. then its back to country. i love this place to death and ive been going to this place now for almost 2 years. when i first started going to sampede i was under 21 so i had to get a HUGE X on both arms. if you get caught wiping them off or drinking your buddies drink. YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT AND WONT COME BACK TELL YOUR 21. they put your id in a computer base system and they wont let you back in tell your 21. they dont mess around. they once overlooked my ID and gave me a over 21 wristband and i was pretty excited so i went to get a drink and the first thing to ask me is to see ID. well in the end they kicked me out and i couldnt come back tell i was 21.(thank god i was leaving on delployment and it didnt matter becuase when i came back from deployment i was 21.) the mecanical ride is a first ive seen in a club and it gets alot of attention. the best thing i think in the bar is the DANCE FLOOR!!!! now i mean this is big with alot of room. i fills up with every song and its alot like an areana. there is a middle part where you slow dance/line dance/ grind. the outer part is a 2-steppin/cha-cha/ waltz.. the DJ was awsome when i was under 21 but ive been back about 6 times and im still getting used to the new DJ. he is a little soft spoken, but he is taking over pretty well with the music. just to tell you becuase im a navy boy and i can say is this is a marine hangout spot for the GRUNTS!! you can always tell who and where they are. GIRLS GALORE!!!! on the down side it takes an hour from san diego to here. but i still go. AWSOME!! Pros: DANCE FLOOR, MUSIC, DRINK SPECIALS, GIRLS!!! Very nice atmosphere. Good patrons. Kinda split into three areas. As you come in, area one is entertainment (pool, mechanical bull, etc.) Area two is the bar area. Place to meet the oposite sex. Area three is the dance area with a few tables around the dance floor. They are VERY strict with ID. They look at your license, then swipe it to make sure it's legit. If your 18-20, they put a large X on each hand. Somehow, two girls managed to remove the X on their hands and order some drinks. However, they were caught shortly after entering the club and immediately kicked out. It was nice to go to a place that is totally absent of the shaved-head, gang-banging, barrio-thug element. It felt like I stepped into Texas. Complaints are minimal...Parking is very limited. Also, when the DJ announced the next dance, you could hardly understand him.
