This was the strangest encounter I have ever had. I signed my son up on line following the prompts for the free online class if sign up for the behind the wheel training. My receipt stated I had signed up for exactly that.
The next day I get a call from Shari who was, right from the start ,snippy and very short/impatient. She stated I'd only signed up for driver training not the online course. I then , confused about this info stated I was sure I'd signed up for both, went over to my computer and while doing this she became very defensive stating "do you want me to help you or not" with a very rude tone. Then she proceeded to start telling me how to sign up correctly... I stated I am getting on the computer right now to please hold on. She just talks over you does not seem to care wether you have something to say or not. I confirmed that I had my receipt in front of me now and it clearly states I have signed up for both. She was very stern and rude saying she "had 12 people sign up last night and 2 of you did it wrong" and "Do you want me to help you or not?" Her mannerisms Or lack of manners concerned me enough to decided not to use this company. She stated she was the owner! I'm thinking if the OWNER is like this to customers what are the employees like! I did make the statement that they are not the only company out there and to treat customers this way is really wrong. She said she would be refunding our $295. and hung up on me! I would NEVER place my child in an environment that had the potential to be as bad as what I'd just experienced.
