I did business with them for several years but no longer use them. One day I bought a new dial caliper from him. When I tried to use it I found that it never returned to the same zero which made it usless as a measuring tool. I went back the next day and showed him and he gave me my money back. Now this is the part I have a problem with, I bought a different, used dial caliper that did not have a case. I asked him if I could buy the case from the broken one i had just returned and he said ""No, I have to sell that one!"" That made me wonder if that was what he did to me. If you are on a budget or need something one of a kind or odd, this is a good place to look. If however you are looking for something easily available, you may do better by shopping around. The Tool Peddler comes to mind. Fun place to go poke around in but don't assume that it's a bargain just because it used.
Pros: variety, odds & ends
Cons: crowded, dirty (wear your old jeans)
