Taylor Maid Cleaning Services is wonderful. I've only been using them since January but am pretty pleased with the service so far. I usually have two cleaners come and they are usually done within the hour. They're very punctual, professional, and treat my home with utmost respect. I think they could do a little bit more with the dusting but for the most part, they do an excellent job. I'd recommend them. more

I'm very happy with Taylor Maid Cleaning Services! I've been using them for about a year, and I have no complaints. What I like about them is they are punctual, and they are always there when they say they are going to be. They are very considerate, and they do a good job. Once one of the cleaners knocked something over. It wasn't a big deal or expensive item, but she felt really bad and wanted to pay for it. It wasn't a big deal, but I really thought highly of that willingness to take responsibility. She could easily have just thrown it away, and I wouldn't have missed it. They are also very good when I ask for specific things. For example, I was on vacation last week and decided to have them come while I was gone. I asked them to make sure they turned the alarm back on and leave a light on when they left. When I got back to my house, it was exactly the way I asked. I'm very happy with them! more

I appreciate the hard work I get from the staff at Taylor Maid. My only complaint is they dont move any thing on a table when cleaning and dusting. My table tops are not cluttered, so I have to take a star off for that omission as I have to go back afterward to complete that task. On the whole though they are efficient and clean in a timely manner. more

Taylor Maid Cleaning Services cleans my house for me once every two weeks. There are two people that come out. One works upstairs and the other works downstairs. They are professional, dress appropriately and are always very friendly. My home looks great after they are finished. Overall, they do an extremely good job. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors and will continue to do so! more

I've been using Taylor Maid Cleaning Services for maybe two years. They're always very accommodating. If I need to change the schedule, they are always glad to do that for us. They come and go without any trouble. If they've come when I'm at work, it's always nice to come home to a clean house. Their pricing is very good. They only do the service about once every two weeks for me. Bobbi is really honest, and I think there's a really good relationship between the two of us. Give them a try! We've had good luck with them. I manage nine facilities for the agency I work for, so I deal with sanitation companies a lot. If they were all as accommodating and helpful as Bobbi is, that would be great! more

The service I receive from Taylor Maid Cleaning Services has been just fine. I have been using them for a little over a year. Bobbi tries to match her customers with a maid who will become the main cleaning person. I have had different maids over the last year due to some turnover, but for the most part, I have had the same two people come twice a month. Bobbi is a good person, and everyone else I have dealt with is very honest. They really try their best to please me. The best part about it is that I don't have to do a thing! At 75 years old, that means a lot to be able to have someone I can trust come and clean my home. In terms of the quality of their work, they do a fairly good job. They have a lot of integrity, and I'd have no problem recommending their services to others. more

The first time Taylor Maid Cleaning Services came, they did a really good job. The second time, they called me and said they couldn't find my keys, which panicked me. The keys were found a few hours later, though. I'm going to keep using Taylor Maid, it's just that the specific areas they attend to switch up sometimes. They might make up one bed one time, then not make it up another time. I still like using them, though. more

Hello- I have been using Taylor Maid now for about 4 years and I LOVE their service. Not only do they do an excellent job of cleaning up after me and my three animals but they really take pride in the job. My experience with Taylor Maid Cleaning Services has been okay. Communication has been great. If I ever have a problem, Bobbi responds very quickly and has someone come over to fix the issue within a week. As far as the cleaning service itself, however, it could definitely be improved. They sometimes come too early or at a different time than what was specified. I am out of town a lot, so most of the time, it's not such a big deal to me, but my son lives in my home, so it may be more convenient for him if they offered a more consistent schedule. I don't know what the turnover is like, but there are usually different cleaners that come each time. To my son's standards, they leave the house clean, but to my standards, I feel like they leave certain tasks undone. My house is not in bad condition, and I don't have a lot of little knickknacks everywhere, but I I still expect them to dust certain areas that they often overlook. It seems that they are in a rush. I know I am very picky, so I don't know if any other cleaning service would offer any better work, but I still expect certain tasks to be done. The problem is not with the management. I know it's difficult to manage a business, but I would say my experience with the quality of work has just been average. more

Taylor Maid Cleaning Services do general cleaning of my house except for certain tasks or rooms I tell them not to. They clean what I ask them to clean. I've been using for at least two years and I am very satisfied with their work. L. McCarthy more
