Twice I have been told I needed a tie rod repair when my mechanic checks it and shows me I don't.

We pulled in with a flat and they fixed it right where we left it in only 15 minutes. They didn't try to sell me anything, just fixed my tire and off I went. I won't go anywhere else now. Amazing service, honest, hard working people. more

Caring and efficient 10/4/2013

Talked with a staff person about my car's problem, and, when I brought it in next day, I found that, even though I was dealing with a different staff person there was no need to re-explain because my problem was already set up on the computer for resolution. No time wasted and efficient resolution of my problem! more

Quick Courteous Service 10/4/2013

I discovered I had low tire pressure in one tire as I was headed out of town. I stopped in to get it checked and sure enough it had picked up a nail. They guys repaired it quickly and didn't charge me a thing! I appreciated the quick, (free), courteous service! I will return for new tires when I need them! more

Tate's always has quick service with quality work done for a fair price. Have went to Tate's for years with my work vehicle and recently started taking my personal vehicle there because of the work I've seen them do. more
