Bad Service Here - So today I had to buy a high priced item and I looked it up on my iPhone before I went to the store to check the price, it was on sale at 10% off. So I went to the store and found it on the shelf which made me happy. I went to checkout and showed they guy the price on the phone and told him that the item did not have the tag on it showing it was on sale. He told me that they did not honor online prices. I bought the item because I needed it and headed home to look up the policy. I tried for over an hour to find it and I know how to search, it's what I do for a living. When I could not find it I called the store. I ended up talking to Mike who tried but could not as well. He gave me the corporate customer service number of 612.304.6101 which rang one time ad hung up on me. I called it 3 times to make sure I was not dialing it incorrectly. So not getting a little more frustrated I ended up search for the number and I tried 800.440.0680 and went through the touchtone dialing system. I finally talked to Justin, he could not find it but referenced a flimsy line on the page of the product stating: "Prices, promotions, styles and availability may vary by store and online." I stated to him that could mean anything and is a crappy line. Justin and Mike were of no help and today is the last day I shop at Target. What a sad day because I will make sure to tell everyone how I was screwed over by Target.
