Sales lady was very unhelpful. Looked up my account online and said that I did not have benifiets remaining. I asked her to call and she seemed very put out. Like how dare you question me. \r
Even when she called she must not have put any effort into finding out the real story, because she again said that she could not help. Went home and called EyeMed and they confirmed that I still had benefits remaining. Refered me to another optical store and they completed my order without any hassles or problems with my insurance. Will tell everyone I can think of not to go to Target for any of their optical needs. Get rid of that lady that works there. Bad for your business. Either that or send her back for training. Wait, she told me that she knows all about insurance already. Guess you should just let her go.
