Tapeo is terrible 2/14/2005

I ordered five different plates at this tapas restaurant. Three of the dishes I ordered they were out of. In the servers words: the ceviche does not look good. The fried calamari was dry and extra chewy. I stopped after that. Not only was my food less than mediocre the service was appauling. My server was neglectful and clueless. I will NEVER go back.
