I've eaten at Tallula once before and visited the attached bar a number of times, but this past Saturday, a few of us decided to have a sit down dinner.
We arrived and were seated at a booth. The two of us at opposite sides of the booth felt squeezed as the table was too close to each of us. Unfortunately they were too crowded to re-seat us at a table. Later on after realizing nobody was behind us, we adjusted the seating ourselves and were comfortable.
The menu was small, about 8 entrees. All 3 of us narrowed in to the same 3 options. Each picked one and we proceeded. While waiting I had a most excelled infused bourbon. When the food arrived, we chowed down - it was superb (I had the duck).
I'm sure to return for dinner a few more times this year.
Pros: All of the dinner options were great.
Cons: The booth size was... small
