Taco bell is always a good value, and I'm pretty sure no one would suggest that it is a step above fast food. It is definitely the genuine article. When I think of fast food I think of Taco Bell.
Sometimes you can find them paired with a KFC or a Pizza Hut express. I love to mix and match a Taco Bell value meal with a value meal or two from the companion restaurants.
