Best/ Most honest mechanic shop in elk grove village 1/28/2008

I would highly recommend Tacc's auto. I've taken my car there for the past 2 years and always have a good experience. Frank, the owner is a very honest guy and always gives me a fair deal. I got new tires put on there and a month later someone cut one of my tires. It wasn't repairable but he gave me deal and gave me the one new tire at his cost. He also sends out coupons for labor or work that are good deals. Frank really cares about his customers. Pros: Very honest Cons: hard to locate more

Highly recommend this shop. Frank (the owner) is an honest person. His shop is the cleanest (you could almost eat off the floor). Superior service and excellent customer focus--they will even drop you off back home if you are local. My neighbors & I have had our cars serviced there for years and we keep coming back. Polite service, honest estimates and clean surroundings. Prices seem fair & balanced. Pros: Honesty, fairness, cleanliness of shop Cons: A little hard to find.
