TV Center will do it right! 7/13/2011

Lynn from TV Center called me to discuss my TV issue, and went ahead and scheduled an in-home "triage" or diagnosis of my older (2002) SONY HD projection TV. Service Tech came to the house and diagnosed the problem quickly as a bad lamp "ballast/power supply." We confirmed the high part price independently, and then authorized Lynn to go ahead and get the part, and repair the TV. Total price was just over $500, but as i looked at it, it was still lower than the replacement cost of a 60" HD TV. Reluctantly, I agreed to the repair. They ordered the part, and came out to do the job quickly and very effectively. A minor billing issue, but it was resolved peacefully, and quickly. Get used to higher prices, they are all over, not just TV repair... more

TV Repair 1/27/2009

I called up and spoke to some nice lady. She was very professional and , set an appointment. The tech arrived ON TIME...... Knew what was wrong and gave me an estimate and I agreed to the price. He had the part on the truck and fixed the TV. He even look at another TV for free. Pros: They know what they are doing Cons: none more

Excellent 5/27/2007

I've used these people for years. They are a great repair shop. They know what they are doing and do it at a fair price. There is a not so good review posted prior to this oneLet me tell you about getting parts. I work in the service industry and these big companies are so short staffed. Parts are hard sometimes to get. It's not the repair place's fault. They are not in the business of NOT fixing TV's. Have some patience more

what a nightmare 10/10/2005

Let me tell you about this place. Stay away if you want a tv fixed. I brought my tv in to be checked on it took a week for that. they needed to order a part well a week went by and then another I called they said the company is not sending it . but its been ordered. I called the company this place never ordered the part . So i called the TV Center back we did this for awaile again. finaly 2 months later I just went and got my tv took it some place else had it back in a couple of days with no problems. more
