TPM Staffing Services

I am a ex-employee of TPM staffing and they are THE WORST! I worked a Christmas party for them & they promised me a specific hourly rate & paid me significantly less. In my multiple attempts to contact them about the issue, they swept it under the rug and couldn't even return a phone call to work it out. Months later, I reluctantly accepted another assignment for them and they ripped me off yet again! They took a uniform deduction from my check (that wasn't authorized because I didn't wear their uniform) and they had me pay out of pocket to get an irrelevant certification which is only used by them. To add insult to injury, after they made me get this certification, which cost me more than an entire weeks pay, they never called me back to work the specific assignment that I got the certification for in the first place! They lack communication, respect for their employees, and they are EXTREMELY unprofessional. I would suggest staying as far away from TPM Staffing in both their Castle Rock & Denver offices. more

Make sure you sign out on some form of official document. I was sent out to the Convention Center for a multiple day job and was not paid for all of my hours worked. Also, they have billed a company for hours not worked and then deducted the pay including my taxes paid from my pay check. TPM can be sketchy, just be careful!
