deja vu....what just happened? 7/21/2013

I'm visiting this area and took my daughter to the mall since We are from a very small town 6 hours away. We felt violated. Walked away spending nearly 200 bucks and didn't even get the face peeling system which I would have loved to have. The salesman was great and knows How to flatter his audience. Everything happened so quickly...what just happened in there as We got into the car...my 16 year old daughter asked more

High End Shopping vs Third World Country Street Market Hustlers 5/15/2009

I'm tired of fighting off the rude and aggressive retail hustlers pitching their products from the stands in the center of the mall's hallways, especially DeJa-Vu which slaps mall patrons with a glob of sample body creams, etc even if you try to avoid their employees. I would think the mall's security/customer service folks would want to keep patrons happy and unharrassed. Recently your mall lost my business at Norstrom and Lord and Taylor because I got so irritated by the DeJa-Vu salesgirl in my route from Sears to the higher end dept. stores, that I turned around and left the mall. This has happened to me at the court and the plaza on numerous occasions and always by the dead sea body/facial product sales people. It used to be you couldn't walk through Macy's without a perfume squirt from a salesperson, thank God that has calmed down...but the flagrant attacts by these product salespersons out in the mall is really a turn off...not to mention the retailer I have mentioned never has product prices listed or indicated on their products and employ real con-men/women. I urge you to take action, many of my friends share this same opinion and are already parking outside of the major Dept. store and doing their shopping there and exiting into the parking lot without having to deal with the husslers in the mall...I don't think it's fair to the smaller stores who may be hurting because patrons are avoiding their general location because of these problem hallway salespeople. Please pass this on to mall authorities if you are in a position to do so. more

Great mall 10/22/2006

Me and my wife try to make it to this mall atleast 2 times a year, usually when we start doing our Christmas shopping and usually we go in the summer one day. This mall is so big you need to make a full day out of shopping there, this mall is not for small mall shoppers it's for people who love to shop. I loved that they have so many different stores and how the mall is set up and that there are plenty of places to stop and sit when you need a break. They also have just about every store you can think of and then some more. There is plenty of parking and plenty of places to eat there too. Next time you want a full day of shopping stop by. more

My Favorite Mall! 6/17/2006

I couldnt beleive when I moved here that there could be a bigger better mall than the one I always went to when I lived in Connecticut. One trip to King of Prussia Mall proved me wrong! Its HUGE and has every store imaginable!! Theres a load of haute couture stores from my favorite Louis Vuitton, to Hermes, and Armani. Other designers like Coach, and DKNY also have stores. High End department stores like Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, and Nordstrom. Of course theres all the usual department stores like JC Penney, Strawbridges, Sears, and Macys. Theres lots of little stores there , and my favorite fun store, Sanrio!! Its hard to think of stores that are NOT in this mall. If you haven't been here, make the trip to go. It is the ultimate place for shopping till you drop! more

It's huge, it's great (and it is!)... 4/6/2006

...but they're slowly easing out some of the smaller specialty stores in exchange for chains. Growing up in this area, it was said to see the Winston Game Company and Aussie Outfitters close their doors. Not to wax nostalgic for stores now long gone, but it added a nice touch for unique gifts which you honestly couldn't find any place else.. However, it is a great location for shopping - and for many stores, this is their only location in the area, such as Sephora, Delia's, Coldwater Creek, JJill, to say nothing of the high-end boutiques. And of course, they have the full complement of your usual mall staples - but with a Borders, to boot! Just be aware that Christmas and Black Friday are extremely crowded! more

Get lost in this mall 2/28/2006

THis is my favorite mall to go to. They're huge! I think it's the biggest one in Pennsylvania. I know they're the only mall around with an Urban Outfitters at least. You could literally walk around in there for days, there's lots of fun stores to peek into and sometimes the best part of going to the mall is eating at the food court with friends, and theirs is nice and big with great variety. more

The bigger one 2/12/2006

The Plaza is the bigger side of the malls at King of Prussia and has some stores that the middle class shopper is familiar with mixed in with all the high end stuff. It has Penney's, Lenscrafters, a pet store and a food court. Beautiful and sunny inside. Caution: stay away from the Friendly's here, in my experience it's dirty. more

Best Mall Ever 2/5/2006

Who hasn't been to this mall? And if you haven't, get there. It's huge. There's nothing you can't find somewhere in this gargantuan shrine to consumerism. There's two sides: the Plaza and the Court (or the rich side and the not-rich side), and both have plenty of fun stores to just poke around in. The food court is pretty big, so if you're doing some last minute marathon Christmas shopping, it's not a bad place to spend the day (for a mall, anyway). more

Largest and nicest mall on the East Coast! 1/17/2006

King of Prussia Mall is truly the best mall on the East Coast. It is very big and comprised to two malls (the Court and the Plaza), which are connected via a covered walkway. Anchor department stores of the Plaza are: Nordstrom, Nieman Marcus, Strawbridge's, Sears, Jc Penney and Lord and Taylor's. Anchoring the Court are Macy's and Bloomingdale's. Both the Court and Plaza are filled with upscale stores, as well as your more everyday stores. There is something for everyone. Inside the mall and on the perimeter are fabulous dining options. Choices vary from food courts to Morton's Steakhouse and everything in between. You can easily spend a whole day here in this luxurious mall! more

I could spend days here... 12/31/2005

As the other reviewers said, you have to come to King of Prussia Mall for the real shopping experience. You won't find a ton of great deals here, but you will find practically everything you need! There are two sections, the Plaza and the Court. The Court is more average, but Bloomingdale's is there. It's still very nice. The Plaza is like New York shopping- except less tax and you don't have to walk outside and there's so much to do all under one roof! The Plaza has Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and so many little fancy shops. There's Louis Vuitton and all the other European luxury stores that are too pricey for me... There's tons of good food to eat, in and around, even the food court inside the Plaza has great stuff! I loved the gelato here, even though it cost like $5. Parking is not that bad, surprisingly; you just have to walk a LOT! And everything is very nice here, the atriums have stained glass, the fountains are huge; the merchandise is very grand. This is by far Philadelphia's best metropolitan area mall. Actually, I'd wager that it's one of the East Coast's best. You could even come here for a weekend trip; you wouldn't get bored! Only downside: traffic can be bad. more

Biggest and Baddest Mall on the East Coast 12/28/2005

it is the best mall i have ever been to. they offer excellet customer service and have good promotions going on all through the year and different stores that are in there. they have all kinds of stores in them, which makes it the perfect place to be. you can go to just one place and have all kind of shopping done. So go and see for yourself more

Lots of walking 8/29/2005

This is one of the best malls any where. You can find almost any department store here, from the low to high end variety. They have lots of good restaurants in or near this mall, from Rock Bottom to the Cheesecake Factory; nearby is Maggiano's. My favorite stores are the specialty food stores, like Harry & Davids and the unique shops such as Five Below. There are actually two malls here connected by a walkway. One side is higher end and less crowded and the other side can get pretty packed on weekends and it has more of the average types of stores. You can definately spend a whole day here without a problem. more
