THOMAS SIDING AND WINDOWS

Thomas Siding installed single vinyl siding and gutters on my home about a year ago. I noticed water damage to my ceiling and floors about 5 months ago and called him to check it out. Reg Thomas said he would not take responsibility for the damage but would come back and put some flashing up to divert the water to fix the problem but he never showed after repeated phone calls to him. Now the floors, walls, and ceiling are damaged with black mold and getting worse. I guess I have to hire another contractor to fix what Thomas Siding won't. This is expensive damage repair that I will have to absorb because Thomas Siding won't stand behind their work. This really makes me mad. And on top of that the down spout for the gutter they installed is at the wrong end of the house and is causing mold and mildew to grow under my house because of the down spout location. Don't hire Thomas Siding!!!! more

Reggie came to my house to put windows and siding in, very professional, excellent crew....job well done! Additionaly I wanted to build a rain barrell system, and reggie put the gutters on my building for free, could not ask for a better person that stands on his word, this is a very good company and a very good man. more

Reg Thomas of Thomas Siding and Windows did a recent project for our house. It turned out excellent. He is a man of his word. We went a bit over budget, but he only charged what he promised... very unusual service in today's world. I would recommend him based on this alone, however, recently my family was struck with an unexpected illness. I called Reg to come out and help install an additional railing to assist my sick family member up our front steps. Not only did he come out early the next morning, he refused to take a dime. A company like that deserves business!!!! Don't be fooled by the name. Reg did a deck on our house. He's used to build houses before he concentrated on window and sidings. He'll treat you right. more

Needed help with a leaking window and siding issue, talked to owner, gave info, then they never showed. Waited 10 days and gave up. more

This has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had with remodeling in 15 years of owning my own home. This man wants to please his customers and offers a better window and warranty than anybody around. Reggie, the owner actually visits work sites daily and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. He can do it all, windows, siding, gutters and even sunrooms. He did not want any money until the job was completed and I was completely satisfied. Two thumbs up! Pros: 1. No money up front. 2.
