This company is the WORST company EVER! The food is AWFUL and the service is poor. Just bad! I was given the run around after contacting them several times(15 or more). I cooked some of their chicken breast and it was not like regular chicken. It was nasty and smelled musty. I was told by the salesman that I needed to call Beth in which she said I will do a customer service report so the sales guy who goes by the name Lue or Luciano can take care of the problem. Well I called and called over a matter of a month until the final call he asked did I want to by some more and I told him no because he haven't taken care of issue with purchase. He asked again,"" so you not going to buy anything"" then I said not until you corrected this matter, He said, Ok then hung up in my face. That was the last and final straw! So I am taking all the steps necessary and will be lodging a complaint and will probably take them to small claims court for my money. This company is going to wished they never opened because their business will not be opened too much longer since they treat customers the way they do. I've been lied to cheated and now disrepsected. No more! more

i dont know why i have to put a star if i didnt like your services!!i bought a case of chicken on a friday made somefor dinner that night and had a friend over well all got sick. also i cooked it on sunday and me and my fiance got sick and i thank god i didnt feed that to my 3yr old. ive tryed to be nice and call and just get my money back and no i dont want to exchange it for something else i ate it i got sick im pretty sure that if i got somethng else i would get sick!!i just want you to know DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I will be contacting the health department, BBB, and news 10 on your side, and a lawyer!! All i want is my money back!!! more

I would like to give this company negative stars. The sales person who has come at our house will not take no for an answer. We bought meat from him once and were not pleased with the product. He returns once every 2-3 months and it is difficult to get him to leave. Recently he came while my sons, ages 20 and 24 were home alone. They are not used to this type of high pressure sales. My son felt like the only way to get the man out of the house was to buy a small amount. He used his Christmas money to purchase 8 steaks that were not the type he asked for and he only got 7. When I called the company to complain and asked for a refund she basically laughed at me and told me I would have to contact the sales person. The sales person told me a completely different story than my sons. Who would you believe? Chalk one up to older and wiser! more

Please do not buy from this company. They run a very bad business. I was told I was purchasing 50 pounds of meat. (My fault for trusting them.) I added up the pounds of all of the meat I received and it was barely 20 pounds. Within seconds after the salesman left I called the company and told them that their salesman lied to me and that I did not want their meat. They told me that they would have him call me back, which he never did. I called a few days later and they said they didn't know why he didn't but they would make sure he did. A month and a dozen phone calls later and I still have not heard back from anyone about what they plan to do to rectify the situation. more

The sales men were not to pushy and explained just how much in the long run i would be saving by buying these items in quanity. Pros: It economy wise when your not clse to a supermarket. more

I got conned into purchasing steaks from these guys. They made it sound great with the amount of steaks, convenience, and guarantee. Well, so far we are not pleased. The meat is dry and tastes old. I regret purchasing and will not buy again! Cons: Waste of money! more

This company is very high pressured. They convince older people to buy there meats at prices that are ""OUT THE ROOF"". When you call them they put you off and don't call you back when they say, my mother is going thru a terrible experience with these people. Cons: Preys on the elderly more

This company operates all over the countryside without License or Permit preying on the elderly and lonely. They sell overpriced meat and seafood by coming into your home with a menu and fast-talking you into buying much more product than you could possibly use. They then load up your freezer with products straight off their truck. These products turn out to be not only less in quantity but the items are not even what you were told you had purchased! Please Beware! Don't let these con-artists into your home!! Cons: Fradulent Sales and Service. Total Rip-off. Con-Artists more
