System Pavers has done an excellent with our new backyard which exceeded all our expectations. They have completely transformed the space from nothing to a resort in just a little more than a week. I have received many compliments about their work from friends and family. The whole process was stress free from sales to the completion of the work. Tyler Waidley, Ryan, and the entire crew were very professional through out the job. Tyler was very kind for dealing with my HOA for getting the approval. He was there through out the process. Ryan led a wonderful crew and kept me informed through out the work. The crew consists of the best workers I have seen anywhere. They cleaned up everyday before they leave, which I didn't expect them to. All I can say is System Pavers did a fantastic job from start to finish, and they stand behind their work. more

My wife and I are extremely happy with our new patio and walkways installed by System Pavers. We replaced our old concrete patio with Sienna stones of 4 different sizes in an Ashlar pattern. We reviewed several different stones and had samples delivered to our home to evaluate their look. We were not pressured into a decision, but took our time to get it right. The construction team did an excellent job of excavation, grading, installtion and cleanup of the site. They started and completed the job on schedule and it really looks great. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. more

Incredible work!! No pressure sales. I was not home during the week work was done. I received a daily update from my sales representative Louis and the Lead Supervisor Terry. They went above and beyond to keep me informed. When starting the job they discovered about 24"" of my driveway that appeared to be on city land. They went, on their own, right to city hall, talked to officials and pulled a permit. This allowed my driveway to continue the extra length and looked much more finished. However they did this on their own! Some thing with some issues they found with the PVC piping for my sprinklers under the driveway. It was installed improperly but they fixed it to code for me. I cannot say enough about this company. Do you pay a bit more? Yes..but I would not trust a big job like this to a small guy and his crew. I am TOTALLY satisifed and would highly recommend this company. more

System Pavers does such good work, I've had them to my home on three occasions in a six year period. The negative reviews I read don't make any sense. I have not experienced any of those things. I love that with this company, the job foreman comes back after the job is over to make sure you are happy with the work and has anything fixed that you see fit. It is so much nicer than some contractors who think they know what you want and don't bother looking for your input before changing things up. \r Everyone who comes to my home compliments the work and it has held up nicely. Every few years, I give it a thorough cleaning and sealing which only makes it look a nice as the day it was first put in. \r It is a little expensive, but worth it when you consider that you should never have to replace it like you would normal concrete or asphalt. If I ever moved, selling would be easy, and I would definitely have it done at my new home as well. more

I would like to thank and congratulate System Pavers for the wonderful job you did in restoring and resealing my 10 year old paver patio. I have thousands of square feet of paver in my patio and driveway and within the past year we added an outdoor barbeque area where we tried to match the existing pavers. The new job turned out very nice, but where the new pavers met the old there was a clearly distinctive break where you could tell the difference between the “old” and the “new” patio areas. It was passable, but not ideal. Unfortunately we had also allowed potted plants to drain and leave alkaline water spots on the patio. We asked System Pavers if you could clean, refurbish, and reseal the “old” pavers, remove the stains, and if you thought we could improve the transition from “old” to “new”. Your salesman was very professional and honest in advising us that there would be no assurance that the procedure would work to our expectation, but we went ahead and tried it. We are now thrilled with the results!! \r After a two-day process of power washing, resanding, and resealing both the “old” and the “new” pavers, it looks like we have nothing but new pavers now. The old stones returned to a darker color that matched the new ones nicely, the sanding made it look like the whole patio was just laid down, the stains were cleaned away, and the sealer provides a uniform finish. The transition between the old patio and new barbeque has disappeared and looks ideal. \r We have always lived on our patio as much as we could, and barbequed meals are our standard. System Pavers, you have made our entire outdoor experience much more elegant and enjoyable through the restoration work you did for us. Thank you immensely for adding to the enjoyment of our patio and our lifestyle. We are very grateful for your quality work and will recommend you to anyone you’d like. I do not normally write reviews. I have high standards and expectations for home improvement projects and, with due diligence, I find professionals that meet them. It is rare I find professionals that exceed them. System Pavers did that. From the design meetings through the installation, Tyler Waidley (Design/Project Consultant) and Mike Smith (Field Supervisor) consistently exceed my expectations for overall project management, attention to detail, communication and quality of workmanship. Our experience with System Pavers has been nothing but good. Our Design Consultant, Victor Avila, explained the process fully and gave excellent suggestions and ideas that we hadn't thought about. He told us about the options available to us and carefully explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. The work was done professionally with care and attention to detail. I was particularly impressed that Estella and Josue, the supervisor and crew leader, always kept me informed as to the progress of the project. In the end, we have a garden that we are absolutely delighted with and have received numerous compliments from friends and neighbors. Thanks to System Pavers, I now have a backyard that is pleasing to the eye and safe for children. Specifically, the crew that came to my house installed synthetic turf over padding, creating a resilient play surface for my children who like to climb! They also created beautiful flower beds, edged with pavers to complement my existing brick work. Everyone I worked with was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I will undoubtedly use System Pavers for future projects. more

They sent a sales person on Sat. Afternoon to my house to present their paving services to me and my wife. At the end, the sales person told us that we could lock in a good price if we could make a $1,000 deposit. \r \r WE told him we liked the project but we were waiting for some money to come in to pay for the project. We were not sure when we could get the money in. If we did not get the money, we won't be able to proceed. \r \r The sales person said and guaranteed to us the deposit is refundable anytime if we found out that we could not continue. He guaranteed us that we could get the refund anytime. He said they would be in touch in few weeks to find out the situation.\r \r I had to go for a meeting at that time so my wife stayed to continue the process. She was not very good in English reading so she signed the paper and gave him a $1,000 check. \r \r The sales person purposely lied to us to make my wife sign the contract by taking advantage that she was not good at English reading. \r \r On the contract, it also says we have three days "" AFTER"" we received the signed and dated agreement from System Pavers. So far we have not received the signed and dated contract by their authorized person. \r \r When we called them, they refused to make any refund and insisted their sales won't lie and they will not make refund. \r \r I had to go to complain to BBB and they still refuse to refund the $1000.\r \r Please do no sign any agreement if you see a sales from System Pavers show up at your door.. more

Don't use this company.\r \r We contracted Systems Pavers for a large job at our NYC home. After an over-the-top presentation, our salesman gave us a contract without pointing out that the California home office was not a party to the agreement. The job was not supervised and the workmen damaged several places including the curb and street area. Eighteen months later, the pavers sank in but Larry Green, the head of this company, claimed no responsibility to honor his advertised guarantee. Thisnon-action occured even after he had sent out several companies to inspect the damage. All of them said the job needed to be redone, but his only response was to send an unsigned letter that stated the NY Sysyems Pavers were now out of business and we could not be helped by the California main office! Yet the folder had only the CA address and phone number on it as did all the other promotional material. Fellow city-searchers beware of this company. They are just plain sneaky. more

Does no upfront planning for job and totally relies on subcontractors to do the work. Have no competent capabilities where drainage may be an issue. Replaced our 2600 sq. ft asphalt (impervious to water) driveway with an equivalent paver driveway (semi-permeable to water) and then claimed that discoloration, staining and sand being brought up from the base by excessive sub-surface water was due to ""unforseen sub-surface water"" and not their problem. If you live in the desert their product may work, but if you may experience periods of heavy rain find a contractor that understands drainage. Cons: Do not know how to manage drainage issues more

System Pavers is easily one of the best contractor/home design experience I have had with my house. Our Service Rep was thorough, he was patient and was very upfront. We were presented with many options for our pavers, and our design was great. Yes, they are a little on the pricey end of pavers, but you definitely get what you pay for. System Pavers were completely upfront with their products and what they could offer. We went through several design options that were complete and showed exactly what we were paying for. They were flexible during the job if we wanted to change or add some features. Finally, they were clean and courteous around my neighborhood. Couple of years ago, i had System Pavers did my front/back yards and driveway. all my friends and neighbors applauded on System Pavers' work. Lately, City had re-worked our street and there were several loosen bricks and sinked below the side walk, I called System Pavers and their Field Supervisor Mr. Brandon Buckhorn contacted us last week and came to fix the bricks at once ( for Free ). Now I am happy and I believed System Pavers is deserved a good review on their timely response with their promises. more

System Pavers has done work on personal residence before with professional results. I needed to have my real grass taken out around the pool, due to the fact it has always created a mess around the pool and just became a problem. I do not have to deal with this issue anymore! Brandon Buckhorn our representative came out listen to my needs and within a short period of time problem solved. My wife, family, and friends say ""your back yard looks beautiful and can't believe it isn't real grass"". It looks and feels real and now I have more time to enjoy the back yard without the huge amount of care needed with real grass. Brandon was professional and addressed all my concerns. JOB WELL DONE. Talk about curb appeal, Wow, what a difference. I absolutely love it. All of my neighbors including the mail man, has complemented me on how nice my property looks now. Salesman was polite and did all the followup that was required. They showed us what was available and made great suggestions on the design. Financing was also arranged through them. Workers came on time, went to work, and completed the job in a very efficient manner. We were done when they said it would be done. There was a supervisor on site at all times. Sealer, which we felt was necessary, was not discussed until after completion and there was an additional cost. Follow up was great - salesman came back and looked at the project to be sure we were happy. I should have had this done years ago. In seven hours, System Pavers took a ""mud bowl"" patio, and turned into a fantastic addition to my home. The crew was right on time, hardworking and didn't stop until the job was done. Yes, there's dirt and dust. But, that's what they're working with.
