Swiss Meat & Sausage Co. is a meat market, country general store and meat processor located in the little village of Swiss, just south of Hermann, Missouri. Established in 1969, Swiss Meat has provided custom butchering, private labeling, deer processing and more to Mid-Missouri for nearly 50 years. We are a family-owned business, and all products are made in-house.
