Sweethearts Wedding Chapel

Incredible Service!!! This chapel made my wedding day one to remember. I was recently married to the man of my dreams and the staff at Sweethearts went above and beyond my expectations!! I cant thank them enough!!! My wedding coordinator Andrea was the BEST, The minister had the most touching things to add to the ceremony to give it that special touch. The photographer was incredible and the extra photos are super affordable. I cant wait to renew my vows with them in 5 yrs. I highly recommend this chapel!!! more

Worst experience of my life! The chapel is described as being beautiful and in a great area. I decided to look past the adult bookstore and not judge it by it's ""cover"". The inside was cheap, and smelled old and musty. The manager was extremely rude, stating that I needed to either book an appointment, or quit wasting her time because she had many other weddings to attend. Getting a quickie marriage isn't something you just rush. I told the manager I had seen her deals on yelp and that $599 sounded like a great package. She told me that that special was over, and that this package did not come with most of it's benefits. I left, without being rude or arguing and she still insisted on making rude comments when I left calling me cheap. I was being cheap at all, I just wanted the deal she used to lure me over to her establishment. To be honest, go somewhere else. Unless you want to be treated like dirt, and want the happiest day of your life ruined, go anywhere else but here. I should have listened to the many reviews I read. more

When I first called up the chapel I spoke with Eren who was so nice & helpful, I booked our date & agreed to do the deposit & pay the rest on that day. I got an automatic email saying my card was charged the full amount. I sent an email back right away and asked why it was charged so, Eren gave the refund right away, and showed in my acct 3 days later. As our date is getting closer, I had a few questions & revisions I wanted to make for that day. I called & left 3 messages for Eren & sent multiple emails and have HEARD NOTHING!!! finally on a weekend got through to somone who sounded like they were on a cell phone & didnt want to help me AT ALL. My bf called & cancelled & they said they will not refund our deposit. Nowhere on the website does it say that or were we informed of that!!!!!! I left a message yesterday & emailed Eren YET AGAIN to discuss the deposit. Im not going to call or email anymore, but WILL be going there when I land in Vegas next month.... Now that im going thru and reading the other reviews which I should have done to begin with, not only are they mixed BUT ONE OF THEM IS FROM EREN HERSELF!!! I wouldnt suggest this Chapel at all!!!!!!! more

the good folks here at Sweethearts Wedding Chapel were very helpful and friendly my sister got married back in july and we cant stop talking about the service we received there would recommend them to all my friends more

We just watched the slideshow of our Vow Renewal Ceremony from yesterday. It was fabulous! We truly enjoyed the ceremony and the entire experience. Kerry Mickelson was the photographer and did a spectacular job. Eren Gray is the owner and she listened to everything I wanted and made sure I got what I wanted and more - she's wonderful! The minister's service was so meaningful and special. I highly recommend this chapel and will cherish these memories for the rest of my life - especially when I look at the beautiful pictures. It was such a nice experience that we're talking about going back for our 10 year renewal. Thanks Eren for making this one of the best days of my life!!! more

The pictures online do not show you what you are getting yourself into. It is an old liquor store on the corner next to an adult bookstore and tattoo parlor. Is has bars on the windows, it was not what my wife expected when we found the place. Eren Grey was also extremely rude, as soon as my wife asked to cancel she snapped at her and got in her face. Her whole attitude changed, she has no class whatsoever. Do not trust their website, do not even waste your money. We ended up getting married at Allure Wedding Chapel which was very nice, the building was kind of plain but on the inside it was beautiful and the staff were amazing. more

Do not believe their website!! The pictures do not match, and you can not tell the cheap quality in the pictures. Eren Grey is absolute trash. She does like to take no for an answer. She will get in your face and snap at you. She is a liar, she is a scam artist. The chapel is in an old liquor store, next to an adult bookstore and a tattoo parlor. If you don't mind getting married in a location like that, and you don't mind being made fun of and disrespected by the owner then Sweethearts Wedding Chapel is for you!! more

First of all, the pictures online do NOT match what it actually looks like. I t very tacky and basically trash. It is very overpriced for what you are getting. She was extremely rude to me when I asked to cancel and insisted to keep telling me I was not getting my money back even though I did not ask for it, because the site said no refunds. We found a really nice wedding chapel alot cheaper and it included much more in the deal. Eren is a scam artist. more

Ok so I've read all the reviews that I found on Sweethearts and overall I really liked the place. The one negative review that I found, sounds like she was just being petty. So, we are getting married at Sweethearts this Saturday Nov. 20, 2010. I'm looking forward to it. After I get married I plan to post on this site my conclussion and experience with Sweethearts. more

We live in Korea, so when we found out that my hubby was getting sent to Nellis AFB. We thought it would be the perfect time to get married. Our pick was Sweethearts Wedding chapel. I booked everything online and i liked the fact that their packages came with tux and gown. Once I got there i realized that many of the chapels that offer the clothing are actually using Rose Eren Bridal which is part of Sweethearts. Sweethearts really is a ""One stop"" wedding chapel. more

This is a typical Vegas Chapel in the sense of what it is visually, however you wouldn't know it was a chapel from the looks of it on the outside. Eren made this so easy, the minister was great! It was quaint, intimate and we were never rushed. It was everything I could have hoped for. The minister did a fabulous job in making it ours. I would highly recommend this place to a friend. We will be back to renew our vows for sure! more

We got married at the sweethearts wedding chapel, and we loved it! I had looked for at least 3 months for a chapel, but when i called there Rose was so helpful and nice over the phone. She made it all so easy for us. It's a nice little chapel (pictures just dont do it justice) I highly recomend this chapel to anyone getting married in Vegas. more
