I went to Sutton Pets with my new pup, Roman to get him groomed and they did a fantastic job. The price was reasonable and the place was clean. I felt good leaving my dog there and it was great. The owner was available and giving us good pet advise. Which I needed considering this is my first pet.\r Pros: Great care Cons: Reasonable rates more

Terrible customer service 1/5/2008

My wife and I dropped our 2 cats off here to get groomed at noon and was told to come back at 5pm sharp to pick them up. When we returned the woman told us to come back at 6 without an apology or explanation.\r We drove across town to get there and we sat outside for an hour waiting. The least they could've done was call us to say they were running behind or offer us an apology....NOTHING. We won't be back. Pros: They do a nice job grooming Cons: Terrible customer service. They book too many appointments and don't mind if you're inconvenienced. more
