I have be bringing my 2004 Santa Fe here for years. This was the 1st time I felt as though the service manager didn't care. Dan lied about calling to tell me the part was in, he didn't call, as usual, to let me know my car was done and he was rather unsymphathic over my need to get to work. Maybe I'm just use to better service at Sussman. more

When I had first called to make an appt, I asked the gentleman on the phone about the email I received about my $1,000 savings card. I asked if I was able to use it on the services of my car & he replied, "yeah if you want to." He should've explained that it was a DISCOUNT CARD, not a credit/gift card. So my bill came out to $265, which is completely ridiculous for an oil change, tire rotation. & air cabin filter change. I can get an oil change & FREE tire rotation at Midas for $25 & I know how to change my own cabin filters. This is my first & LAST time bringing my car to the Sussman Hyundai dealership for work. more

I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and just completed my third, routine service appointment. From the start, it was an honest, high quality, customer service experience. After being frustrated shopping at other dealerships, Sussman Hyundai welcomed my Internet research on the vehicle I desired to buy. Then, without all of the nonsense I experienced at other dealerships, our salesperson gave me one price for the vehicle, it was what I sought to spend, and I bought the vehicle on the spot. I have also found the the three, routine service appointments to also be as honest and high quality in customer service. When my son was seeking to purchase a new Hyundai, I recommended him to the same dealership and salesperson, he had the same experience, and he bought the vehicle from the dealership as well. In closing, I truly used to dread shopping for a new vehicle until I encountered Sussman and this is now the fourth new vehicle my family has purchased from the Sussman organization. more
